Update: The issue has been identified and while the fix is being applied, DUO Authentication has been disabled.
We have identified sporadic instances where the MFA prompt does not appear during login. The issue is related to DUO Authentication and our team is addressing it promptly.
Please note that your first login may give you an "Access Denied" message. If this occurs, simply try again, and you should be able to log in without any issues.
