Microsoft has resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Currently Microsoft is experiencing an outage that is effecting Microsoft Office web applications (all Office applications accessed from the internet). Microsoft is reporting that they have identified the cause of the problem and they are beginning to bring all services back up.
We will post another update, as soon as Microsoft updates their status page.
